Silver Confetti understands that you have many choices today when shopping the Internet. We strive to bring you the best customer service possible.  If a problem occurs, you can rest assured that it will be taken care of as soon as possible and to your liking.

 

PRODUCTS

 

All sterling silver products are 925 sterling silver.  Enameled products have a 925 sterling silver base.  Any fine jewelry product that is not sterling silver, such as 14k gold, will be noted in the product description.  Any fashion/costume jewelry item that is not 925 sterling silver or karat gold, will be noted in the description.

 

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

 

We are using the PayPal system to process our credit cards. You DO NOT have to be a member of PayPal to use your credit card on this site.  PayPal acts as our credit card processing agent and you do not need to have an existing PayPal account.  We also except U.S. Personal Checks or U.S. Money Orders. Using a personal check or money order might slow down your order as there is a small chance that the item could be out of stock by the time we receive your payment via the mail. All orders paid by U.S. Personal Check will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank. To pay with a U.S. Personal Check or U.S. Money Order you will need to click the "Proceed to Check Out" button.  Then you will be asked at the bottom of the page to "Review Your Order".  Click on this and print the page.  This is your invoice including the shipping costs.  Send a copy of this invoice with your U.S. Personal Check or U.S. Money Order to the following address:

BACKORDERS

 

If for some reason your purchased item/items are out of stock, they will be placed on backorder. Silver Confetti will notify you if your item/items are on backorder. Items purchased that are placed on backorder, could take 2 to 3 weeks before they are delivered to Silver Confetti from the manufacturer; then another 7 - 10 days before the item is sent to the shipping address. If you do not want to wait for the backorder to be filled, we will be happy to refund your money if the purchase transaction has already been completed and payment has been received by Silver Confetti. In most cases though, Silver Confetti will only have "In Stock" items available for purchase on the website.

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via United States Post office with Deliver Conformation. Orders over $250.00 in value will be shipped with Signature Conformation.

 

 

Return Policy
 
If you need to return an item for a refund, please return in original packaging in unused condition within 15 days.

SALES TAX

 

Only customers in the state of Texas will be charged tax.

 

 

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

 

Check your order thoroughly upon receipt. Make notice of the condition of the box or padded envelope. Keep the packing material and make sure you do not throw anything away.  Problems must be reported to sales@silverconfetti.com within 10 days of the receipt of the merchandise. In this email, please give us a description of the problem along with the order number and your name and address. Silver Confetti will email you back a RA# to put on the outside of the package that you are returning. Packages sent back without this RA# will be sent back to the sender.  Postage for returning the item back to Silver Confetti will be paid by the sender/customer.

 

SHIP TO A THIRD PARTY

 

We will be happy to send your purchase anywhere you want.  At the time of check out, there is a place to put your desired shipping address.  Please note though, your billing address must match the billing address of credit card that you are using for payment.

 

CATALOG     

 

At this time we are entirely a retail web based company and do not have a printed catalog. By using the web you get the most up to date information on our merchandise. Check our website daily as we constantly are adding new items.

All of the images and logos used on this site are copyrighted and can not be used without Silver Confetti's permission. Please read the Conditions of Use.

 

 

SPLIT RINGS

 

We enclose one split ring for every charm that is purchased. Some of our charms arrive from the manufacturers with only a jumpring for attaching to bracelets or necklaces.  We recommend that if you use a jumpring, please have a jeweler sodder the ring closed or you will stand the risk of the jumpring opening and loosing your charm. A sterling split ring enables you to enjoy your purchase immediately and makes the charm more secure when you put it on a bracelet. If you would like to purchase more split rings they can be found in the "Accessory" category.

 

Do we sell Wholesale 

 No at this time we do not sell wholesale.

We have a "Links" page which gives customers the opportunity to visit other websites. These links will take you to other sites which are NOT controlled or managed by Silver Confetti or it's employees.  Silver Confetti is not responsible for the "privacy practices", "terms of the use" and the "content" of such websites.
